Okay, it's been over a year since my last journal entry. That's how busy (and possibly retarded I am). I will admit that I have been putting it off; I've just had nothing to write about...

I still don't have much to write about, 'cept for the fact that I just got back to the pool and I am so ready for summer. Also, I am excited for a possible new job(s) for the summer. I used to work at Cinemark, but my availability (and the economy, though they wouldn't admit it) caused them to "let me go" not long ago. GAH!! I love working there! Free movies!

Also, I got a dog. Back in November... YAY for me on keeping people posted on the most exciting aspects of my college life! NOT!! (So '90s, sorry...) Anyway, he's a Siberian Husky with one blue eye and one brown eye. His name is Kale (Hawaiian for Manly and Strong...) He's just a pup, only recently turned two.

Um...let's see what else. I'm actually looking forward to posting some wilderness photos I took back in '07. I've actually been meaning to post them...for a while now. Figures. They are from my elk and antelope hunting trips from that year, both of which I was successful! Meh. That's for another journal entry...perhaps.

Another thing I am SUPER excited for is my first year in marching band! HAHA. Lame, I know. My fourth year of college and I FINALLY got talked into joining it. I'm debating which instrument I want to be on, though. I played baritone for pep band this spring, but sousaphone looks fun and so does joining the Bruces (our trombone section for those who aren't aware of that...*clears throat*...fact.) I think I may have already made my decision, but none shall render that truth from me until that week of all weeks... Band Camp.

Ok. It's official. I'm hungry and tired. Tomorrow is first day back from Spring Break '09 and I cannot wait to see the amount of freshman (and other classmen, too) that are dead tired zombies because they did not plan accordingly.
